Kelebihan Perodua Total Protect


Salah satu kelebihan pembelian kereta dengan Branch Perodua ialah pembelian disertakan sekali dengan Perodua Total Protect. Dikenali sebagai Perodua Total Protect, ia memberikan perlindungan penuh terhadap jumlah penuh (sum insured) kenderaan yang diinsuranskan selama lima tahun pertama umurnya, berbanding nilai pasaran semasa yang biasa diguna.
Program ini termasuk dengan perlindungan selama 10 tahun terhadap excess (kos tambahan yang biasanya perlu dibayar semasa pemprosesan), loading (bayaran tambahan yang biasanya dikenakan terhadap kenderaan lima tahun ke atas semasa pembaharuan) dan betterment (bayaran tambahan untuk alat ganti). Ini bermaksud, pemilik tidak perlu lagi membayar semua kos tersebut dan ia akan dikecualikan oleh bengkel panel yang terlibat.


Turut diberi adalah khidmat tunda 24 jam Auto Assist percuma, serta bantuan tepi jalan (masalah bateri, tukar tayar dan kunci), serta servis kecemasan (pekerja Auto Assist akan membantu pengguna yang terlibat dalam kemalangan untuk keluar dari kenderaan dan menghantar mereka ke hospital berdekatan), bergantung kepada terma dan syarat yang telah ditetapkan. Sekiranya terlibat dalam kemalangan juga, melalui program ini, pengguna boleh mendapatkan diskaun sehingga 30% untuk kereta sewa dan kos penginapan percuma, sehingga berharga RM150.

Perodua Total Protect juga melibatkan perlindungan terhadap kerosakan banjir, pecah masuk kenderaan, kehilangan barang, kecurian, serta tuntutan pembaikan bukan insurans yang lain. Kes kehilangan juga ditanggung, termasuk sekiranya ia berlaku di Singapura dan bahagian tertentu di Thailand. 

Akhir sekali, pemilik Perodua juga boleh memilih satu lagi pakej tambahan iaitu Gap Coverage, di mana ia akan membayar perbezaan yang terdapat di antara dalam perjanjian insurans dan harga sebenar kenderaan semasa ia dibeli. Walaupun begitu, pakej ini hanya sah untuk tempoh 12 bulan daripada tarikh pembelian walaubagaimanapun bagi pembelian dengan Branch Perodua jika selepas 12 bulan,pelanggan masih memilih renew insurans dengan Branch Perodua,pakej ini akan dilanjutkan.








Perodua Total Protect Benefits
124-Hour Nationwide Accident and Breakdown
  • Free towing charged or to value of towing RM300 or 100km (whichever comes first)
  • This service is available 24 hour a day & 7 day a week
224-Hour Call Centre Service
  • In the event of a breakdown or accident, members are required to call the Auto Assist toll free number, 1-800-88-5555. The call centre will dispatch a rescue team to the location of the vehicle. This service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
3Breakdown Roadside Assistance (e.g jump start & changing flat tyre services)
  • Our rescue team will assist members for minor problems. Should towing be required, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest authorised Perodua service centre.
  • Free Towing Services (to the nearest authorised Perodua service centre)
  • Auto Assist shall provide free towing to the nearest authorised Perodua service centre as follows :
    • All gazetted roads on Peninsular Malaysia;
    • Within 100km (to and from base) of the following towns in East Malaysia 
    • SarawakKuching, Serian, Sri Aman, Sibu, Mukah, Miri, Limbang and Bintulu
      Sabah Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Semporna, Federal Territory of Labuan.
      ExclusionNon-Gazzetted and estate roads and islands of Malaysia except Pulau Pinang and Pulau Langkawi.
    • 4Emergency Evacuation Services
      • Auto Assist shall arrange for medical evacuation of the member or the members’ authorized driver, from the scene of the accident to any hospital or medical center by road ambulance or by any other appropriate means of transportation. Such expenses are however borne by the member.
      5Emergency Notification Service
      • Auto Assist will contact for free, the members’ immediate family within the country and keep them informed of any development in the event of an injury, death or hospitalization due to an accident.
      6Emergency Medical Services
      • Auto Assist member or its authorised driver is eligible for Emergency Medical Services, provided always that the claim for the Emergency Medical Services Benefit in a particular year of membership is only made by one (1) person per Perodua vehicle.
      • The Emergency Medical Benefit by Auto Assist will be in the form of reimbursement of the hospitalization fees up to RM150 a day, limited 5 days maximum (outpatient treatment shall not be covered).
      • The member must provide evidence that he/she is warded for the injuries suffered arising from an accident whilst driving his car, provided the car is being repaired by authorised Perodua service centre.
      • The hospitalization fees shall include the room and board charges, medical and surgery cost due to injuries suffered in the accident. Outpatient treatment cost shall not be covered.
      • Documents required:-
        1. Medical Bill/Report
        2. Police Report
        3. Warded Slip
      7Alternative Transport Assistance
      • The member shall be given free transport to any destination if the tow truck driver is heading the same way while attending to or returning from the scene of breakdown.
      • Auto Assist will assist member’s to call a Taxi if required.
      8Car Rental Services
      • In the event of an accident or breakdown, members are entitled discount up to 30% on any rented cars at any participating car rental companies.

      • Documents required:-
        1. Rental Receipt
        2. Report Order
        3. Police Report
        4. Photos
      • On top of that, members will also able to reimburse a total of RM200 subject to the following terms:-
        1. Accident and breakdown occurs 100km from the customers’ place of residence.
        2. Vehicle is towed to authorised Perodua service centre.
        3. Cost of repair is RM3500 or above.
        4. The car must be rented during the duration of which the car is at the authorised Perodua service centre.
      9Hotel Accommodation
      • If accident and breakdown occurs out of state or 100km from the customers place of residence, the member is entitled to one (1) night free hotel accommodation, up to a limit of RM150.00 in the event he/she is unable to complete his/her journey.
        Subject to the following conditions:-
        • Vehicle is towed to authorised Perodua service centre.
        • Repair of the car will take more than 48 hours.
      • Documents required:-
        1. Hotel Receipt
        2. Repair Order
        3. Police Report
        4. Photos
      10Flood Damage
      • In the event of breakdown due to flood, the member shall be entitled to reimbursement for the towing services with additional up to a limit of RM100 only. Subject to the following conditions:-
        • Vehicle is repaired at authorised Perodua service centre.
        • Official receipt of the payment made by the member for the towing services.
      11Loss of Personal Belonging from Car Break-in
      • In the event of member suffers loss of personal belonging due to car break-in of the member’s vehicle (not resulting from any car accident or car being stolen), the member shall be entitled to reimbursement up to a limit of RM150, subject to the following :-
        1. Police Report stating the amount of loss.Statement of Claim.
        2. Cost of repair is RM3500 or above.
        3. Official receipt (if any).
        4. Photos.

        The member shall be entitled to claim only once during the period of the membership.

      12Car Stolen
      • In the event of member’s vehicle is stolen, the member shall be entitled to a subsidy on car rental charges up to RM300 per incident, subject to the following :-
        1. Rental Agreement
        2. Official Receipt from the Rental Company
        3. Police Report
      13Non-Insurance Accident Repair Claim
      • In the event of accident, members shall be entitled for a free towing service up to a limit of RM100 to the nearest authorised Perodua service centre if the accident repairs are not subject to an insurance claim.
      • This is only applicable if vehicle is repaired at authorised Perodua service centre .
      14Bereavement Expenses
      • In the event of an accident, the next of kin member shall be entitled to the sum of RM500 as payment of bereavement expenses upon the demise of the member resulting from a road accident involving member’s car.
      • The reimbursement shall be applicable to the member subject to the following:-
        1. Police Report of Accident
        2. Death Certificate
        3. Medical report
        4. Identity Card of Next of Kin
